An addendum to the "move everyone to one ship" idea. Lets leave any Viper Pilots we have left on their ships. That way, even if they somehow manage to kill everyone that taunts them, we'll still have our Viper Pilots, who won't die to collateral damage anyway.

So I wigged out a little and assumed that the lymphatic encephalitis was communicable and did some spreadsheets.
I got some things figured out but I don't have the stamina to plot out where all the people who have been in contact with the people that have been in contact with us are.
I won't bore you with the details (they are boring) so let's just assume all of them have been everywhere and that if it's catching it's everywhere but have faith that we will most of us make it until the end of the game before croaking and in the case it isn't so catching I'd advise that the Rhadamantrys, Colonial one and possibly the Pegasus are potential hot zones and that everyone that goes there should stay, maybe.
It's probably just a vig kill and not communicable at all though.
