If 1 character is on a ship with both the president and admiral and both were killed, would that player be the only one revealed publicly, or would another cylon be revealed as well?

Only that character. In fact, when the Phallactica and Colonial One are docked, only one of you would be revealed no matter how many of you were on board. The one Cylon would just kill both of them.
